K I have 6 months purple VIP and wanna get 6 months silver.. Do I need to wait until all my purple VIP is gone until I get to the silver?

no, you can get the silver now but you wont get 12 months VIP.

Its either one of the other.. there should be a switcher.. Silver usergroup and Purple usergroup.. but that would probably change all your staff permissions etc (if your staff).
