1, i had a piczo fansite once, and i included it with iframes, and hosted cutenews and pages on my other host and iframe linked hem, that doesnt look very habboish
2, piczo and .tk are free so your ripping
3, mostly anyone can do that

Dude its Free, You dont need much experiance do make a piczo site, so basically, anyone can do that if they cant fill in some details to join. And whats with all the '!' after every sentance...?

You said your selling, you cannot sell a domain which is free, which i think its against T & C
