DO NOT BUY A XBOX360 WITHOUT EXTENDED WARRANTYYY!!!

Trust me, youll freakin need it.. A few days ago after a upgrade my Xbox started messing up, so i was like wth.. Suddenly 3 red lights came up on my ring of light, i knew that was bad but what did it mean? I went onto the support forums and to my worry.. HARDWARE FAILURE! X_X Now ive got to send off my Xbox360 to microsoft where ill probably have to pay 100 pounds for repairs just because my freakin warranty has ran out.. Lifes great aint it.

So heres what we learnt today:

- Xbox360's are the most unreliable piece of hardware EV0RRRR
- If you buy a Xbox360, dont buy it from a car boot sale :(
- When you do buy a 360, get EXTENDED WARRANTY!

If anyone else has had this problem, then join the 3 red light club and post below. :)

Stand it up = no problems. I got 3 red lights but it was lying ontop of original xbox which is rounded on the top, pushing the side in and wrecking it. Sent me a new 360. Theyre all alright now though it was only the first 50,000 consoles or so that were vulnerable to hardware failure. I'd had mine for about 8 months before it broke.
