Unless you have constructive criticism i reccomend you "zip it". Now.. What type of forum software are you going to use? Do not use PHPBB expecially as you have no hosting. Look for a good free hoster and use MyBB or YaBB or something to make it look a bit more proffesional. (MyBB is good :P) Also.. you will need a domain.. i reccomend www.idotz.net for that. If you ever need hosting use my company, ShallowHost.com
