What do you mean? Like edit pages, layouts etc or do you mean more advanced things like playing around with stuff in a control panel thing?

you need hosting to make a website, and a domain like www.yourdomain.com

Why did you buy the domain if you don't no what a domain is and how to use it.

If you want hosting i can offer you if you offer me habbo rares . uk if you come on, then you can make your site.

Your site will be "hosted" on a server, your domain is like a name representing where your site is located. When you've got hosting, you should be given access to a control panel or/and an FTP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_Transfer_Protocol) account, this will allow you to upload and maintain your files.
