VIP Rant.

It's stupid how there is only 1 person running SMS VIP, when it is the one that isn't automatic, and it is pretty popular. Plus the guy running it hasn't been on much this weekend.

From what I've noticed, they're sorting VIP problems etc. well.

Maybe a new VIP Manager might relieve the load :P

Well i got VIP last week and i thought i got it very quickly.

I got a reply within 3 minutes and i was VIP within the hour ;]

I think that's a tad harsh, he handles almost all of the name changes and adding VIP features, as well as doing his bit with other things.

But Nvrspk does a fantastic job, if he's on he'll sort all the SMS VIPs, PayPal VIPs, PayPal Reputation points... He really is very good don'tchaknow. I agree though he could probably do with another VIP Manager to support him.

to back you up more, wayne does ALL the name changes and vip features... but i say wayne for vip manager, get a new assistant, and nvrspk assistant forum manager :]]

It really depends on when and what time you buy the VIP with sms. If you buy it at night on a friday night, you will probably have to wait much longer than on a sunday morning or w/e (just an example).

Also if you buy it before 17:00 it takes longer than if you bought it at say 19:00

Its due to my timezone.

Also remember, it was like this when I was VIP manager, one sorts some stuff another sorts another. If you mix responsibilities, it gets very annoying and also one person ends up with nothing to do. And also Wayne does a helluva lot. I'm also usually better with VIPs, the reason for my reduced attendance last week was my participation in a production. We had long run throughs till about 8 Mon-Wednesday but I got on then, but Thursday Friday Saturday we had performances and parties afterwards on Friday and Saturday hence why I wasn't on too much that weekend. All normal now though ;)

As for another VIP manager, maybe, dunno what they would do but maybe. I won't comment on the Forum Manager thing as I don't want to start a revolt :p
