Whats that font?

Everyone uses it in website images, its the white font with a black outline, is it a font or just drawn pixel by pixel?

It's volter or visitor with a 1px black stroke line.

There's a bunch of fonts that are like that. Between size 5 and size 8. Once you have the one you like, go into Adobe Photoshop and click Edit > Stroke > Outline > 1 px

You should then have your perfect font outline ;)
