Infractions + Trading of Seasonal Rares, Pets, Paint, Film or Credits section

You cannot trade pets and you cannot trade paint or film's (Unless you buy them it as a preasnt) so you need to change that. And I recived a infraction and I didnt get a PM so I think you need to make it as defualt that when a infraction is given you get a pm.
