Katie has two children already and suffered a miscarriage earlier this year. But baby no 3 seems to be in good health.

that's so spiteful. it annoys me when people are like that about others because of looks, and the fact they are celebrities they get the spotlight on them a lot. who cares how they look, that DOES NOT mean they arn't good parents.. :/
