New Billing/Support System

I am thinking of making along with two other people a brand new billing/support system for use on websites. I am going to get a decent layout made and it is going to have great features. I am looking for people to tell me what else i can put/include in this project.

The billing system will be released next year and we will being releasing it as license only and it will be cheaper than modernbill or whmcs. We will also allow it to be customised, i.e layout, banner etc..

I need your features that i should include, +rep to all who reply with good responces! I will obviously including instant setup & Invoicing etc..

it wont be like glpayment becuase it would cost loads to get an sms thing thatpeople could use but i might let people put sms payments as a choice

price if we finish it is about $6.49 a month
or $60 for 1 year license
