They nearly always give away rares before they're released.. the snow patch is basically guaranteed to be released this Christmas, but they're not gonna do it for free.. they could make lots of $$$ out of that.

nayc001, they have a thing called "IP CHECKER". it checks your ip and doesn't give the gift out more than once. its new to v11
