Habbo Bart V2

If you have looked down below, you will have seen I have posted an alteration of Bart Simpson, Habbo Style in 2D.
I have now done a Bart Simpson, Habbo Style in 3D.
But I had a couple of problems with it.
I just couldnt get the shoes or the hair right, so they look mank.
Advice and ratings /10 please.
Remember this is only my 2nd alteration.

EDIT: At the moment, I only have Paint and thats what im using to make these, if anyone could suggest any programs and where to get them from, it would be a great help.

I use paint for all of my alterations and they're all ok lol, there's nothin' wrong with it ;)
