OK... well as you can tell this is my first ever report I hope it will be good. :D
My rare values will be shown as follows:
RED = rares that are trading ABOVE the habbox value (RED IS A VERY LOUD AND CRAZY COLOUR)
GREEN = rares that are trading THE SAME AS the habbox value (GREEN IS A VERY BOLD COLOUR)
BLUE = rares that are trading BELOW the habbox value (BLUE IS A VERY COLD AND SAD COLOUR)
First off i would like to start off with the good old PETAL PATCH!

Well as one of my favourite rare furniture i would love it to go right down to 0.5hc's then at summer shoot up to 5hc's, but well that isn't going to happen so here is what i have seen the petal patch sell for:
4hc's - [seen 3 times]
3.5hc's - [seen 6 times]
3.4hc's - [seen once]
Ok next rare furniture is... SAND PATCH

Well sadly for me this is a no no. There is a few problems with it...
1. came out at the wrong time of the year
2. has a bad error, they look rubbish when joined up, you can see the black lines.
But by summer it will be a hit and will probably be worth around 4 to 5 hc's.
Anyway here is what i have seen the sand patch sell for:
2.5hc's - [seen 6 times]
2.2(2.25)hc's - [seen twice]
2hc's - [seen once]
Ok, my third rare furniture is... HOLOBOY/HOLOPOD

Ok, well this is a thumbs up rare for me. Most people hate them but i think they are a good touch to a room, perched up ontop of a lodge corner plinth. Anyway these could go far if more people enjoyed there company lol.

2hc's - [seen 4 times (twice sold with a hologirl)]
1.9hc's - [haven't seen... just though i would say]
1.5hc's - [seen once]
Ok, last but not least is... HOLOGIRL
