Hey all.

THeres some freaky hacking or scripting going on in the welcome lounge.

First of all, Harry was being kicked and some alerts were being sent out.

Then we were all giving habbo staff badges lol.

Now, we were given CHristmas ones, and NOW we have habbo staff ones again!

We were all just fake banned (missed screenie sorry) and now the badges and all have returned to normal...

It also looks like theyve filtered a letter or something (last night they filtered the letter A) as all of a sudden "sugar" has became filtered in my signature when it wasnt 5 mins ago

edit: the screen just flashed and the habbo tv box came up and stopped us all from speaking!

belacme told us the badges have now been patched.

My mission has become even more filtered now, so I think theyve moved on to playin with tht now! ;p

Its simple, download a text to hex thing, type in the text box "01" click "convert to hex" copy that into notepad, and then type in "C~" into notepad and add another 01 character, copy all this into habbo home click update and you are now in the battleball screen

My friend told me it was a lot of fun using the tool and stuff.

Try unplugging your internet leave it for a few mins then plug it back in again?

- will they be able to pick up/delete furni from your room?
- will they be able to get furni from your hand?
- where you able to ban anyone? :o
- will Habbo be able to see who is meant to have what badges and who isn't?

But yeah, that's rather, erm... fake!

A few Habbo's have asked Rasta Santa for something that temporarily gives them fake Moderator Rights.

And Rasta Santa? Well, what can we say... he has learnt from this experience and ensures it was only the pressures of trying to make it snow that led to his mistake!

At the moment there are users in the Hotel that can send messages to other Habbo's in the room that look like Moderator Messages, or make it appear as though you have a massive amount of Habbo Credits in your purse, or even zero Habbo Credits.

This is all fake and does not come from a real Moderator. They don't have real powers, they can only do fake stuff to Habbo's in the same room. Habbo is and still will be completely safe to use.

So if you run into weird Mod alerts then you should have no worries. Your data is kept safe and unharmed.http://images.habbohotel.co.uk/c_images/album1777/xmas_fireplace.gif

What CAN they do:

- Make Credit amounts in other Habbo's purse look different to what they really are
- Send a mod alert to users in the same room
- Make another Habbo's friends list appear empty

What they CAN'T do:

- Ban users
- Truly change your Habbo Credit amounts
- Pick up your Habbo Furni
- See your password or personal information

In short, there is nothing for you to worry about, Habbo Hotel is still completely safe and these temporary problems will be resolved very shortly. Meanwhile, Rasta Santa will get back to answering proper Christmas requests like UKChaserAl's desire for a pony! Perhaps he will even manage to make it snow now?
