u dont got the farming lvl to do the quests to get to the trouble brewing minigame

its more than 1 quest and they take awhile the farming lvl alone will take u awhile and the requirements for the quests. go to rs knowledgebase under minigames check what quests u need

ye i went on runehq an had a look and i have to of done one quest that needs another quest that needs another quest ect. ect. grrrr
