Help - Draggable Divs

Hey everyone! I recently discovered draggable divs and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I'm looking for a script where you can click a link, and a draggable div will pop up; you can view the draggable div here (http://habbohappenings.net/test/test.html).

If you can find me a script to make my draggable div pop up, I'll give you rep. And try my best to find another reward xD

Use some properly writen drag and drop code then rather than some second rate IE crap, ill even direct you to where you can find the code
