Picnic area animated?

Following someone else's thread about rooftop rumble clouds now been animated. I've noticed something else that is now aminated. i don't think it used to be.

the Palm trees in the Picnic area now move from side to side as they blow in the wind. check it out for yourselves. a Lot of things became animated when v11 came.. :P Including the rooftop, rooftop rumble, and i've just noticed the picnic area. lol.
