I too have recently got 70 attack. Now I just need to earn 700k to actully afford a whip. :( I'll be fishing sharks for the next few weeks.

I got the money by fishing lobbies, selling say, 1k raw for about 1.2 - 1.5k cooked and sold 250 each at edgeville f2p. Hope it helps :p
