You dont have to have finished it, only started it ...

they are under a grave next to fenkenstrains castle..
leve 25 ones are best to train on, give the most xp and lowest level, dont train on level 51s.

You basically get to the end by the time you get to the caves.. its worth spending 5 mins finishing it.

You dont get anywhere near the end...

you start the quest,
talk to fenkenstrain
go find the 2 pieces of the star
put them together in the grave and then go down to kill experiments :l
