New Habbo?

I was browsing through www.sulake.com (http://www.sulake.com) and I found a new hotel.. www.habbo.ie (http://www.habbo.ie) which is the irish hotel. Is this hotel new? The page doesnt work at the moment but it is on sulakes list of habbo hotels.:D

It's on their list because it's meant to direct to the UK hotel. Just like the new zealand link goes to aus and malasia goes to singapore.
