I agree - there should be more VIPs managers on because there has been no activity from nvrspk4 or Wayne over the weekend.

Just because it's one weekend doesn't mean it's always like this, patience.

With a popular forum, it should be better.
I know for a fact nvrpsk4 was on this morning at 04:38 AM. He was on invisible though I think - so he couldn't be seen by other users.
Wayne. was on this Friday, which is classed as the weekend - it may well be that he has been busy, and of course I doubt he thought of contacting you to let you know he wouldn't be on :p.

It would only be 9:23 am for nvrspk. He is canadian (I think) so he comes on later. So it is unfair to judge him as inactive this weekend as he was active last night.
Wayne has also been active this weekend and I am sure he will complete some VIP taks later.
It is still only 23 minutes past 3. :)

Yeah maybe a couple more VIP dealers could be introduced, but it is not a priority :)

Nvrspk works through the night [well not night for him]
He does have a lot of work to do and a lot of people want VIP and you must understand there is a queue.
True enough, but really any VIP manager should complete tasks at least once a day, at night or whatever.
You really should have more than 2 for a forum of this size.
I know nvrspk4 is in another timezone - like Xzuno - nightwatchmen. :)

i think there should be more too, i hardly ever see them on during the day (gmt) and thats when requests are more popular...

Yeah but VIP managers need to be forum administrators.
You cant just employ random people and give them admin powers can you?
They need to be trusted members. And VIP must be a pretty dull job.

Like I said, I know Wayne. usually comes on almost daily to deal with VIP features. He may just be busy this weekend.
nvrspk4 has also been on. I don't really see the need to add VIPs Managers when the system is running pretty smoothly already.
of course there's a queue - which is why you should hire another one or two vip managers...

I already made a thread about this matter i even contacted the owner explaining the surcumstances. But he says it's because they have to deal with personal information or something therefore they cannot get more.
And the 2 VIP managers are great atm you have to bare in mind one is from the USA so he'll be in a different time zone from us. Just be patient and wait untill them come online. They do have lots to deal with.

I think a 24-48 hour wait isnt too long. You arent loosing your money or anything like that however another VIP manager or assistant is something we are considering :).

nvrspk4 appears offline all the time, just like most forum admins.
Just PM him because he works through our night, due to the time difference.
I know I recieved a PM from him about VIP only yesterday, so he has been active.

Sorry I forgot to take myself off invisible, I went for a party for a few hours on Friday so set myself as invisible cause I couldn't be bothered logging off my computer and since I'm usually on visible I forget to turn it off and appear as not being on since Fri :p I've been online plenty as those who bought VIP will tell you, you recieved your VIP yesterday or the day before yourself didn't you ;) And you've seen my posts in the song thread :)

Yes, nvrspk goes on invisible a lot, you may not see him online, but he's still there :P
From what I've noticed, nvrspk and Wayne are coping quite fine. But as I said it in the other thread, although we might not need it, it will always help with more VIP managers to relieve the load.

you try being VIP Manager and see if you find it easy i think it something that has to be said on a matter like this. just be patient, everybody on here is only human (even MAD, shocking i know).

VIP Manager is a stressful job and requires a lot of time. Also whoever is the VIP Manager needs to be a very trusted person (Well it did back when me and Seacat was it) as you would need access to paypal etc.
But maybe its all different set up i don't know i havent used a VB for a while.

Nope its pretty much the same. And Netik it was only a few days old.
