OH MY GOD! I HAVE A MARBLE STUCK UP MY NOSE!

ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO PULL IT OUT?
I was thinking sneezing, so how can you sneeze on your own terms?

No just hold the empty nostril and act as if your blowing your nose... like blow out with your nose...
i done this in reception/kindergarten with a stone...

ok for a start how did you get it stuck up there !?!?!

try holding one side so you block the air and blow out

push it out, from the top near your eye down

otherwise i dont know

i mean find it and see if you can push it out a bit, if not lubricate it, try water
