It really all depends on what you like to do. All around, I'd go strength. It isn't as expensive, because you don't need to buy the runes and stuff, but 98 mage would get you tuns of kills Pking with a clan. Why don't you just get 94 mage with some points then some more strength levels.

If you're a staker, definetly get the magic, mage staking is fun.
