Good, bad, improvements.

This is pretty simple but I think it is effective. The grey for the content box does look like the background, but when on a full page it will not blend in as much as it does in the image.

I may use on my personal site when I have been told what I can improve.

Please don't make stupid posts like "omg dats crap y bova" or "ace design 10/10".

Thanks.

Dont ask why im posting, Im bored. But anyway its a simple design yet as you said effective. I know its only currently a design but you do realised you would have to make that a live AJAX search? Anyway that doesnt matter just now.

Well I'd probably put something else there.

Bland, but would fit a basic portfolio etc.

Would be good if you had a variety of color schemes, so visitors could pick.
7/10. Good wodk. Plus rep.

not bad work ;) Looks a bit boring, also the size of the font with the colour of the font makes it hard for me to read

Thanks Danny.
I think it's the watermark making it a bit darker.
But when coding I could always make the font colour lighter.

Let's not get carried away with this simplistic thing.
There's simple, and then there's simple. This is simple.

Too simple? Simple. Very simple. Not too simple. Needs more? Or fine. Simple. Simple. Simple.

What's that in English.
