deepwoodland layout needed

Im currently making an online game in php. I have most of it sorted but I need a layout.

1. I can pay in either paypal (not much) or habbo (search awelsh)

This will need too be a dark green and brown style.

It needs to have room for:

Banner
Login
Main content
Navigation
Top 5 Players

I also need an in game layout.

Must have:

Banner and nav at top
stats on left
main content in middle
chat on right
