Yeah i changed my look, And I wouldnt even bother editing it to make it look like a glitch because that would be a waste of time.

Same thing happened to me yesterday but my mate sent a message over the consol and he had a santa hat on, but he was in my room and he didn't have a santa hat on. I am guessing just lag.

That keeps happening to me too, It must be because of the time it takes the changes to relay to the Sulake server after changing the clothes
