Never before released Red & Green ICM's on .com.au have been put as a promo.

You have to buy a promo card from a Blockbuster (video renting shop) to obtain the card and get the ICM. (Green or Red)

There hasn't been any information about the promo on the au website yet.

It's 2 dollars to a pound so really your just paying £20, I like it when Sulake do things like this because it makes Rare Values more interesting rather than just 1 CS all the time..
