How do you make a Counter Strike Server?

Hello, for our hosting company, we are wanting to make Counter Strike Servers. Is there any way of doing this?

I would reconmmen you buy a dedicated server from the UK for this, As if you get clients from the Uk and you have your server in teh US you will have LOTS of lagg!
