Lmao

Go hang out with your friends more. Go cinema with them, go around their house. You could also go to the park where everyone hangs out and just hang out.

My confidence is really bad too, so I hardly ever go out (flame me if you must, i really dont care).

Just go and play football with friends or whatever on a Saturday, start out in little bits, then do more :P

Get a friend(s) and hang with them, then you will make more... then more... then more.. then more... oh and so on.

Try joining a computer club or something..
That way, you can make friends who have the same intrests as you, and you can build your confidance hanging around people that have simular intrests as you.
Then by meeting friends, you can get out more and all...

Your confidence is low because you're on the computer so much =]

It's called Common Sense. Sitting on the computer leads to lazyness, lazyness leads to no teams, no teams leads to no group of friends, no group of friends = limited friends or no friends at all.

Happened to me before but I changed it while I could, as can he.

Just start going out with mates n that, if your confidence is still low then go get
wrecked with people n let everything out then it will all be sweet. Alot better than sitting at a computer too!

There could be different reasons he has no confidance.. like maybe bad experiences in the past.

Maybe his great grandad tripped over outside Tesco and he still has bad memories of it.

Same with me.

Just because you spend a lot of time on the computer doesn't mean that you arnt going to have any friends or you don't go out or you have no self confidance..

I think in the end its a mind block.

You think you have no friends, therefor you turn to the computer to look for friends online, they replace the friends you do have, which takes away your confidance.
