the thing with emails is that people expects an automatic reply, sending multiple emails will not get the reply faster. just wait for them to reply :)

Are you reading through, and responding to the auto-reply you recieve shortly after submitting your message? Auto-replies are sent to ensure that you read relevent FAQ entries; so after you read them reply to it with details about your problem.

If you have read through and responded to the automatic replies make sure that Habbos emails aren't being directed to your junk box; and if they are check that your junk box isn't automatically deleting it's content. :)

A lot of free email services direct Habbos emails to the junk box and delete them quickly, or automatically. You should be able to edit your junk box settings.

sounds weird, but get a parent... and make sure they can do grammar and punctuation.

i did, and i got unbanned within 2 weeks, by the wonderful Lost_witness, back in the day he was player support.

If your appealing against your perm banned and have emailed habbo then you have to be patient, flooding them with the same email over and over again will not help just means more work for the staff & longer wait for your reply from them..

Also i waited up to 4 days before i got a reply back from habbo.. So just wait a little bit longer.
