Took quite a while.
The green glove is the wrist protector the bowman wears in combat :)

I don't really see a bow on your bowman? :).. and please don't tell me that the stick in his hand i supposed to be the bow :P.. only 7/10 because you miss the bow, but i like the arrow-holder-thingy :P

Yeah, you hold it side on to AVOID brambles.
The string snaps easily

I believe the correct word is archer.
And the bow would curve even the slightest bit, not be a long straight stick.
Part of the hand is missing from where he holds the bow.
The strap doesn't really connect to the quiver if you know what I mean.
It goes out to far and with the angle the quiver is on it would be higher than the strap. Put some shading on the bandage and possibly more shading in the holes in the clothes.

Also you could add maybe a shine to the golden belt buckle.
