For my birthday, my aunt got me a workout case thing for my iPod nano. You attatch it to your arm and put the iPod in, and then you can listen while your working out.Working out with music makes it go so much faster.

Anyone know some good, fast pace songs that you can run/workout to?

+rep if you do

Push up - freestylers
Somebody told me - The killers
Rocky theme song.

I prefer dance music if im exercising because the beat is so fast and constant plus it makes you block everything else out.
