Hey, ive recently become a member and ive wondered whether the effects of agility such as running for a longer period of time actually work in f2p..

Also what level would i start noticing myself running longer.

With agility it doesnt make you run longer it makes your run restore faster


To measure how long you run decides how much weight you are carrying also you can run longer with stuff like boots of lightness, spotted capes and spottier capes

Yes I think it does.

At lvl 1 agility, you restore 1% energy every 7 seconds.
At lvl 99 agility, you restore 1% energy every 2.5 seconds.

Weight makes energy lower faster

Around lvl 30-50 you'll notice the change. I'm lvl 45 agility and I notice the change, probably earlier too.
