Right ive completed the game but it still says 76% so what is there left to do? and how do i unlock more multiplayer options?

I havn't played it myslef but is there small missions that need to be done? like in GTA, collecting items etc..

Also, whats it like? looks good in the trailers.

Its VERY good but i dont think theres any small missions as ive done all of them
