Habbo Steal My Alts?

Now, i know that i got hacked and left habbo and everything, but whoever made the advent calenders used my thing :(

When I first watched that movie I thought the habbo looked exackly like you.

But they use the advent all around the world so it'll be made by techies in Helsinki I imagine.

Yeah, but if you look at .Lynns post which shows the original Habbowood one, the Advent calendar doesn't look to different to that.

But yeah, they have used the one that you made [well expanded] and used your habbo but isnt there something in their discalimers that any alterations of their graphics can be used by them without permission? Im offf to check :[

I think its rather funny they use my alt, i know i can't do anything. But, it's still not a decent thing to do. I remember Becs emailing me saying sulake believe in people with integrity. If this is a display of Sulake's integrity... what can i say?

No, I didn't produce the advent calendars. I wouldn't know where to start, I am pretty much clueless when it comes to flash.

Bit annoying that they used your alt though Cheep. However, I think someone on page one is right when they said about alterations still belonging to Habbo. The character *is* theirs, so in theory, the alteration of the character is too.

Indeed. If it was text or something, it'd automatically be copyright, because UK copyright law states, as soon as an idea hits paper, it belongs to you and is copyrighted. I think...

Habbo/Sulake is finnish so UK laws have nothing to do with Sulake.

Its like the Piratebay (a swedish torrent site) read the legal threats (http://thepiratebay.org/legal) and you will see its the same there, they can't be sued because america has different laws to sweden so its all legal *in a way* ;)

Any habbo alt belongs to sulake as they created habbo, any variation with the same graphics they use belongs to them.

Callie said it in a habbox talk show and i asked redtiz the other day in the WL , she & the other staff read to find out 'The latest consipiracy going around' , also she reads just-one's rants ;)
