i did not give re-sell rights then he is in no way entitled to re-distribute whether non-profit or not.

in the uk, if you make something, then it's yours... then it's automatically copyrighted. i won't go into detail.

Or like a car manufacturer selling their cars to a car dealership and telling them they can't sell them because they made them.

I'm sick of people thinking that because they make something they will always own it.

if you sell a car, then you're selling it with re-sell rights obviously.

but i never sold this with re-sell rights, therefore it cannot be re-sold.

Exactly, there are none because you never got any made legally. Because it's not worth it for a Habbo layout.
