You're English.

Rob

But biologically you're 100% Chinese, since both parents are 100% Chinese.

Hmm, so here's a real life dilemma. My mate's English, his parents are 100% English, but he was born in Germany whilst they were on holiday there.

Does that make him German or English?

You're Chinese as of now, if you live in English, grow up in England, your parents are both English citizens and make you one then yes you're English. But bioligically you're Chinese and will be until made otherwise.
Speaking of, hypothetically speaking, are your Chinese parents British citizens?

You are chinglish.

Depends really on what you mean. It took thousands of years for genes and traits of certain areas to develop. Since you were born in england, your chinese traits havent changed, so technically, you are 100% chinese. But since you were born in enland, you would put down English on a form:P

Kinda hard to explain.

Chinese, just because you're born somewhere else doesn't make you a different nationality.

I think.

British. =] That is your nationality because you were born and brought up in Britain.

You are of a Chinese ethnicity. Biology means nothing about Nationality.

Guessing that he lives in England, he's English. He would have been a German National to start with but him living here and presumably having an English passport makes him English. In the same way, the hypothetical character in the original post of this thread would be English - it's all down to what your passport says.
