Need Layout Help (REP!)

I need some ideas for this website such as what sort of navigation to use, etc. It's for my band (current website is at www.burd.vze.com) (http://www.burd.vze.com%29/).

I only need ideas layout wise; I have content :P

Please give me some ideas, examples and, in some cases, links to tutorials :P

That layouts awful, use the current one you have on your website.

No, I am putting this one as a div overlay on the myspace. That one is staying at burd.vze.com (was just plugging :P)
