I dont think you need to finish it, you just need to obtain the 'Ring of Visibillity' (dont quote me on that though lol)

You need to have completed some part of desert treasure, the one where you get the invisible diamond I beleive, you need to get the guilded cross with 53 thieving to get the ring of visibility?

You will also need ghost speak amulet or they will just yell at you in their language and laugh. :P

You steel lock pic's from bandits and open this chest (req's 53 thieving) in al kharid.
If u get it right without breaking
u get some cross.
Give the cross to this dude north west of fishing guild
and he gives u it
