You've suceeded yourselves this time by banning Craig's IP,you do realise he's on NTL And All NTL Users in the same area share the same IP, so you've just succesfully IP'd half the forum

IP bans are pointless

Which is why we only ban users with 1 IP. One of the admins made a small mistake banning one of the member ips, this has been reversed.

I apologize on that admin's behalf :).

it still says i'm IP banned when i aint on a proxy.

Maybe because your the one who the IP ban seems to have been aimed at so it banned your unique one ;)
