Pets!

I have starting this little goal;

To beat my level 60 friend in getting the most pets.

He only has 14, I have 7. I refuse to get City pets for my faction, Snake/cokroach/prairiedog , but ally ones are okay!
I need ideas! I'm only level 30 so if there are any quests they need to be doable for my level!

I think this might be it im not sure though.

Go to westfall. Go to one of the little buildings and find a chicken. Then make a macro saying /chicken. click on the chicken and keep clicking the chicken (may take a while). Then he will say something.Right click him and get the quest. After you do the quest do the same thing and return the quest. You will get a praire chicken

Your right about the cats in deadmines but not so right about the chicken

Go to a farm [best Westfall] make a macro with /chicken all the way down and spam it while targetting the chicken wait a bit after you spammed it a bit and it gives you a quest you talk to it and it says give it a chicken feed you can buy this froma farmer in westfall but seeing as your horde im not sure where you can buy the chicken feed you might have to find out on thottbot or something then complete quest and you get the chicken as a pet. When you get higher you will be able to do quests and get et rewards and you get the free dragonkin whelping from the burning crusade collectors edition if you buy it also if you buy the trading card game you can get ingame cards and you can get a hippogrpyh pet aswell i cba going in detail about the quests as your only 30 ish iirc so yeh ! :P

When doing the chicken you need to /cheer before giving the feed because if you don't it doesn't lay the egg
