He's giving you CC saying it shouldn't look so much like a block (Eg, the legs)
Smooth off the legs/shoes and also the hair. so it doesn't look like a rectangle.

I've just noticed the detail you've put with the shading on the *Ahem* crotch area.

But it does seem a bit blocky, the moustache seems a tad odd though.
