I'm not sure that people apreciate the whole "DJ's not going to talk at all" idea as much as you think.. :(

19/100 listeners? That's not right.

I think as much as people moan, they love a DJ that talks. It connects the listeners with the DJ. If you wanted to listen to pure music you'd get out your iPod or open iTunes. People choose to listen to Habbo radios because of the DJ and the quirky personalities of some of them.

Just an idea. Your music is great however. I'm listening :-)

Hey!

Thanks for your suggestions for the show. The show is highly based on a poll that took place which resulted in people wanting something different.

The requests show has been a mild success but, as you say, 19/100 isn't brilliant. However, the show did peak for 1/2 hour at 30/100 listeners :P

Another problem being faced by my show is that I am up against the soaps like Corrie and Eastenders so people are going to log off.

People also complain about the type of music, some prefer rock, some pop, some dance and it is hard to cater for all people and if I don't play a song they like they log off.

Also, my microphone is broken! I did, at first, say a few hellos etc but with a broken mic it is hard to do so.. will have to see what Santa brings ;)

I would like to thank you for tuning into the show and I wish you a very merry christmas :)
