Looks like a lot of pixel errors? But I don't know what it is supposed to look like. ;)

Do you have a programme called Animation Shop? (It comes with Paint Shop Pro I think).

Anyway, I'm no pro at this but I think if you click "insert frame" then browse to your first image and add it, then do the same with the second image.

Now play the animation and see how it looks. It should ask you somewhere if youwant to "loop" the animation, tick the box (this means it will keep playing over and over).

Finally, if it looks to fast/slow, I think you can double-click on a frame and say how many seconds you want it to stay on for.
