*URGENT* Fansite help!

Right my fansite www.habbozoom.com dosent work but my host isnt down my dns servers are working but it just says, Error this page cannot be displayed and when it is up some of my staff thats working on the site dosent show up with them and they all use Ie , firefox and opera if u cud help me with both i wud be so gratefull

is your index page actually called index and uploaded to your host?

just forward it - easier.

edit: the problem is you havnt got an index page.

and i cnt acess my cpanel either.

I've swapped my dns servers back to namecheap now

Your nameservers need to be set to usually:

ns1.yourhost.com
ns2.yourhost.com

so in your case maybe:
ns1.Speed-networks.net
ns2.Speed-networks.net

No it just decides not to work, 2 hours later it works

No you cannot access CPanel.

Your nameservers are not set to speed-networks which means your not connected to their server

I've put my dns things to

ns1.Speed-networks.net
ns2.Speed-networks.net

just gotta wait till it updates

I can help you make it go faster though:

Start > My Network Places > On the left hit View Network Connections > Right click on properties on your Internet Connection

Scroll down till you see: Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)

Click properties

Click Use the Following DNS servers

Put both as: 74.52.40.231

Click ok > ok.

im with ns-hosting, But Im fed up, but I paied for the domain, and I dont know how to get it off them so I can host it my self :@

Yes i have the same problem because i think your server may be down i have the same problem and mines down to at least i think it is because i cannot access my cpanel, website or there website :)

It will just redirect you to speed-networks.net/~YOURCPANELUSERNAMEHERE or do what above said. As my user is blob, it goes to either:

http://www.speed-networks.net/~blob/
or
http://72.232.195.118/~blob
where as it should be
http://habblob.com

Btw on your construction page your not supposed to let the visitors know you have been hacked, it can get them off the site for thier own safety.
