I think they use skype to connect with each other? and SAM to broadcast it with ;)

It's basically a cow boy job :p.

We have one DJ broadcasting from their PC, and an open conference with the DJ doubling with them. They both talk to each other 'live on air' and when the DJ who isn't broadcasting is speaking, the broadcasting DJ holds their microphone to the speakers.

It takes practise to get your conversations on air perfectly timed with the microphone by the speakers :p
