I just got a text message saying that my mate tried killing her self again and that shes at the hospital... She said she will phone me when she gets out, Shes shown me the Scars from where she tried to slit her wrists... I tried taking a pic of the message to show u but my phones go a LCD Screeny type screen and it just reflects the light into my Eye toy that im using as a cam... This will proberly keep me awake all night :(

I think we all know those won't really work.
Basically, all you need to do is let her know you are there for her no matter what and never push her to talk to you, she will come to you.
Just let her feel like she can come to you about anything. She will come round mate, no worries.

Trick i was used when i used to cut my self

Yep its the ice cube trick (or anything cold)

If you start to feel anger hold ice cubes some how it relieves the stress and anger

If you feel mad at someone/something take it out on something soft ie pillow

Feeling upset just sit in a corner in a dark room alone (duno why but it helps me)

Just a few helpful things ive come to know and use

as the person above said let her tell you dont make the mistake of trying to get it out of her because it just makes things worse,Let her trust you a lot more thn she normaly would.

i know im posting but tbh i wouldnt have a clue what to do?

my x girlfriend self harmed and tried to kill herself 1 or 2 times.

after a while i gave up and had to let her go because it was beginning to mess me up too.

i know i should have been supportive but it was too hard as everytime i gave her advice, it wouldnt work because of some random reason.
