Im not sure on that Freak but im sure this is the case because you were able to get in room when there was 27 people in a 25 ;)

Well yesterday you managed to get in the entrance when I couldn't... So apparently you can, but I am not sure.

No, they can't.

They can ;P, if I searched my room when I just entered it or whatever it'd say 26/25 and I'd be like... There's no X or anything in here. Plus I can always get in when it's full, so I assume it does work. I've never had it confirmed though.

I'm not really sure, I can't think of many eventualities in which a room would be full without the owner inside, uless you own a kick wars or a Uber-popular room like Peace trade or Trade World
