Okay this seems like a strange request as normally people come here needing a layout coded etc. but basically I have very little web design knowledge but at the same time I require a website for my clan.
So basically I need some to either
a) Make a layout, code it and set it up
b) Code a pre-made layout (most likely from www.clantemplates.com) and set it up
Either way it most likely requires a lot of work. I need someone prepared to do it. They need to be co-operative and pretty active (not on like 20minutes a day at awkward times). Also I would prefer someone well known and with working examples. Actually cut the prefer rubbish I need someone like that.
