2 People have said they've bought be VIP From Text, one 4 days ago and one yesterday and it hasn't came yet...Isn't it ment to be only a maximum of an 48 hour wait?

This is most likely because nvrspk4 (the VIP Manager who sets SMS VIP up) is very busy spending time with family, and is only on very late. You're sure to get it soon - as the Christmas period finishes.
